The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1274C of 2018 registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a civil dispute between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
