2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons along with four unknown miscreants came to the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant with lathi, danda, and butt of the pistol, in the meantime, the co-accused Rohit Kumar has also taken Rs. 10,000/- and the petitioner snatched golden chain from one

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The coaccused has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62637 of 2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that all the accused persons also assaulted the informant's nephew Diwakar Singh causing severe injuries. As per the injury report of the injured, the injury is grievous in nature which is on vital part of the body.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned,
