JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. 210 sachets of country made liquor each containing 200ml were recovered from the house of Deopujan Singh who disclosed the name of the petitioner as supplier of the liquor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly recovery is not made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
