The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.111 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Bipin Sah named the petitioner along with other twelve accused persons and alleged that they all came to the darwaza of the informant and assaulted him with iron rod on his head. The accused persons also assaulted Bablu Sah, Bhola Sah and other family members of the informant. The informant further alleged that Manoj Sah mostly assaulted the informant and other accused persons with iron rod.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the F.I.R., it would appear that Manoj Sah is named at the fag end of the F.I.R. and no specific allegation is

Eight persons were injured out of which four persons got grievous injuries. It is submitted that there is a land dispute and counter version. It appears that petitioner is alleged that he severely assaulted the informant and others. Eight persons got injuries out of which four persons got grievous injuries. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
