2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31625 of 2014 (3) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 connection with a case for the offences under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code registered against Md. Gaffar and other locals of the area. Petitioners were named by the informant in his further statement. It is submitted on their behalf that the case is arising out of a road accident and petitioners have been named in the further statement but their antecedent being clean they should be granted bail in the event of arrest.

3. Let petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below whereafter the court below shall verify the antecedent of the petitioners and pass appropriate final order in the light of their antecedent. Until verification of the antecedent of the petitioners, no coercive steps be taken against them.
