ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation and he has been absconding since the year 2007, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 74 of 2007 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
