Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 307 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of misuse of bail. The petitioner was declared absconder by the trial court by order dated 31.01.2013 and he stands charged under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that this petitioner is 70 years old man and has been in custody for more than a year. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Ballam Singh @ Balam Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
