JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned counsel for the University has used his good offices for good purposes and submits that the petitioner has received all the retiral dues, however he submits that some interest on G.P.F. amount remains to be paid, for which the concerned authorities may be directed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance pertaining to interest on late payment of G.P.F. amount before the concerned authorities.
