This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
