The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 registered under Sections-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the entire allegation centres around against co-accused, Mritunjay Kumar in the statement of victim, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C., let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Jha, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
