JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused Amarjit Paswan and Sato Yadav with similar allegation have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.3.2017 and 27.1.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 3418 of 2017 and 54495 of 2016 respectively. From the written report it appears that father of the informant left his quarter for Howrah by train, but he did not return. Later on, the informant received ransom demand on his mobile.

Case diary has been received.

No.3084 of 2017 (4) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 The learned A.P.P. has submitted that after recovery of the victim, he has given statement before the police as mentioned in paragraph-21 of the case diary stating therein that he was carried by four persons. They were talking with each other taking the names as Neelu, Pintu (petitioner) and Amarjit. Amarjit and Sato Yadav have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
