Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai. The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 25.06.2021 by this Court vide Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49023 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 36686 of 2020, on merit. As such, I find no reason to re-consider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
