2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rasalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant was assaulted and thereafter the Bolero vehicle and Rs. 10,000/- was looted from the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. One stolen motorcycle has been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner which is being disowned by the petitioner. The other co-accused who have been caught with the looted vehicle have named the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43857 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.
