2 Petitioner's case is that in the process of selection for Home Guard, he was found to be having requisite height. However, in the process of selection of Constable conducted by the Central Selection Board, he has been found to be less than requisite minimum height criteria of 165 centimeters, though minimum requisite height is same in respect of both the appointments.

Patna High Court CWJC No.210 of 2019 dt.04-07-2019 2/2 3 Respondents have placed on record a counter affidavit. The same encloses Physical Evaluation Test Sheet. The same records the height of the petitioner on the date of Test as 163.02 centimeters. The result on account of height has been indicated as failed. Petitioner has countersigned the result. Admittedly, against the said determination, appeal has also not been preferred by the petitioner.
