The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 11.10.2015, while informant was sleeping outside his darwaja, in the meantime, three persons came covering their faces and took him in the field and caused injuries on his head by means of Garasa. The informant identified one of them as Pappu Kumar (Petitioner). It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sister of the petitioner, namely, Mampi Devi filed Complaint Case No. 1784 of 2015 against the present informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24310 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 and thereafter the present case has been filed. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 508 of 2015 (G.R. No. 508 of 2015) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
