This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

A mob obstructed the victim in discharge of his official duty and damage the JCB machine by pelting bricks. The petitioner was identified as member of the mob. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, or successor Court.
