JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 41(2)(h) and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and section 414 IPC.

From the orchard of the petitioner 48 logs of was recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner purchased Khair wood from Ujjwal Kumar Singh for which he had taken adequate permit to transport. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
