The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant's tractor was robed by the accused persons leading to registration of FIR against four unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on the confession of co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Though, the petitioner is accused in one case, registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, wherein he is on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24045 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.100/2014, pending before the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
