====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Earlier vide order dated 19.02.2019, two weeks' time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects. The said order was not complied with but on 07.03.2019 once again, this Court granted two weeks further time to remove the defects. No step has been taken on behalf of the petitioner to remove the defects and today no one is appearing to represent the petitioner. In these circumstances, this Court finds that the petitioner is not pursuing his remedy with due diligence and care. This application is, thus, dismissed for non-prosecution.
