Petitioners are accused in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 registered under Sections 47 and 54 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 25.09.2016.

Considering the custody of the petitioners and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
