The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 25.10.2015 when the informant Md. Quaish was returning from Naznin Chowk after purchasing Biscuit, the co-accused Javed Alam caught hold of him and co-accused Parwej Alam assaulted twice with knife, causing injury on the lower portion of abdomen of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of assault has not been levelled against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24077 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 719 of o2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
