The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against this petitioner is that he caused injury on the head of the informant by farsa. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries have been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

No.35398 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/successor Court in connection with Mahammadpur P.S.Case No.47 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
