2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 110 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the spot and this petitioner was seen fleeing away from there.

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the quantity of recovery and similar nature of criminal antecedent of petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
