The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint, petitioner went at the house of complainant and induced her husband to purchase a land. It is further alleged that this petitioner prepared a forged sale deed by administering alcohol to her husband. Thus, accused persons cheated her husband and father-in-law and got executed a rent deed from her father-in-law for a period of ten years. It is submitted that as per the complaint, sale deed was

No.39577 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 executed in the year 2016, but the complaint has been filed after lapse of five years and the dispute arises out of owner and tenant relationship. No offence as alleged in the complain petition is made out against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1006C of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
