That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, direction/ directions to the respondents authorities and for quashing the order dated 16/09/20 passed in case No- 129/2018 issued under the signature of Respondent No-6 ( D.P.O., Gopalganj) by which claim of the petitioner on the post of Aanganbadi

Patna High Court CWJC No.15258 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 Sevika has been rejected and for quashing the order dated 08/04/2021 passed in Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 03/20 by the Respondent No. 5 (District Magistrate, Gopalganj) by which the Appeal of the petitioner has been rejected and for further direction to the respondents to select the petitioner on the post of Aanganbadi Sevika for panchayat Raj- Barua Kaparpura, Ward No. 3, Aanganbadi Centre No-265, under Hathua Block of Gopalganj District in place of Respondent No. 10 in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
