2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Panel Code.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons committed the murder of the father of the informant by pressing his neck.

4. It is submitted that these petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner No . 1 has got one criminal antecedent and petitioner No . 2 claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against these petitioners that they took away the father of the informant to the sugarcane field and pressed his neck , as a result of which he died.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
