The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated that she was not kidnapped by the petitioner and his family members. She has love affairs with the petitioner. She married with him according to her sweet will and wants to live in her Sasural.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.36459 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
