The petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021 corresponding to Special Case No. 3972 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 1296 litres of liquor has been recovered from a mini container and 13 persons including this petitioner were apprehended by the police.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of container in question. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
