2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 29046 of 2024.

3. A report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the learned court below, which has been received.

4. From perusal of the report, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

5. The trial is at the verge of its conclusion and hence I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.

7. However, it is expected that the trial shall be concluded within a period of three months.
