Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.91 of 2015, registered under Sections 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of, Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran.

Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court on 11.03.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.2307 of 2016 on merit. On the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, the stolen vehicle was recovered. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, at present the prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
