JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sudhir Kumar Bijpuria, learned counsel for Employees State Insurance Corporation, makes a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition since the order under Section 45A of the E.S.I. Act has been passed against M/S Aryan T.V. having Code No.42000128080001011, whereas the present writ petition has been filed by one Patliputra Shoppers Plaza Private Limited. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that concerned party i.e. M/S Aryan T.V. will be filing appropriate Petition.
