2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 353, 270 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other villagers created hindrance in running the quarantine centre. The accused persons came in drunken state and started abusing and assaulting the officials and employees of the quarantine centre. They also threatened them to flee away from there.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 10th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
