JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently, mistake has crepted in the order dated 12.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15755 of 2020 and requested for modification in the said order, as he had made a prayer for withdrawal of the case with respect to petitioner no. 2, but instead of that it has wrongly been typed as petitioner no. 1. In such view of the matter, in the said order, in paragraph 1 and 3, petitioner no. 1 will be read as petitioner no. 2 and in paragraph 4, petitioner no. 2 will be read as petitioner no.1.

The order dated 12.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7741 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 No.15755 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent and the time for surrender of the petitioner no. 1 before the court below is extended further by four weeks.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
