1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), /order(s),/ direction(s), to the Respondents to engage/utilize the services of petitioners who are Community Health workers, having been imparted training by the govt. in the different government Public Health Centres (PHC's), under a government
3/4 advertisement/ scheme and have also qualified/passed the 3 tier examination conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling (in short 'NIOS') in collaboration with Bihar State Health Society, in pursuant to scheme formulated by the govt. of India, and adopted by the state of Bihar in order to provide meaningful health services to populations living in villages and for whose benefits the scheme has been formulated for proper health of care.
The relief is being sought for on the ground that under a self contained scheme duly formulated by the Health Department, petitioners underwent one year vocational course of Certificate of Community Health Worker, under a government advertisement inviting application for the same and after which they cleared, three tier examination, comprising of written test, Viva-voce and internal laboratory test duly conducted jointly by the Bihar State Health Society and, Govt. of Bihar, with a stipulation that they will be engaged under different community health schemes/project."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-
4/4 authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
