JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the petitioners abused the teachers of the informant's school by calling caste name and snatched Rs.20,000/- with regard to scholarship and dress schemes. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 being the member of Sikhsa Samitee made complaint against the informant with regard to misappropriation of money of dress and scholarship schemes. Considering the compliant made by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class-Cum-Addl.
