The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No.137 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that on receiving secret information about concealment of the petitioner, a notorious criminal, in the house of one Bambam in village-Chhatauna, the police reached there. On seeing the police party, one person succeeded to flee away from there throwing a bag whereas one person was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Bambam and, on search, one country made loaded pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of Bambam and he disclosed the

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the co-accused Bambam was apprehended with one loaded country made pistol and five live cartridges and he disclosed the name of the petitioner succeeding to flee away from there. Further submission is that as the petitioner is accused in eight other cases, as detailed in parrgaph-3 to this application, due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 28.04.2016 in the present case.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vinit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Begusarai, in connection with Naokothi P.S.
