====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 1034 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail stands rejected. However, the Court below is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35965 of 2020(3) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the specified period of time, the petitioner may approach this Court to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands rejected.
