2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 352, 303(2), 117(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted sister of informant by means of Farsa causing injury on her head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
