JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2017 It is submitted jointly at the Bar that the case of the petitioner is covered by a decision rendered by two co-ordinate Benches of this Court dated 28.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12887 of 2008 (Annexure 7) and order dated 26.02.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4795 of 2014 (Annexure 8) respectively. Thus, it is contended that this case may be disposed of in terms thereof. Accordingly, this writ application also stands allowed in terms of the aforesaid decisions and the order dated 21.12.1995

Patna High Court CWJC No.11303 of 2016 dt.01-03-2017 2 / 2 (Annexure 5) and 29.01.1999 (Annexure 6) are quashed and set aside. The respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board and the State are directed to ensure payment of salary and claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order provided the facts of the petitioner are identical to the decision rendered in C.W.J.C. No.12887 of 2008.
