JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2016 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2016. The victim boy in his statement has not named the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2016 and as per statement made in para-3 that he has no criminal antecedent, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIVth, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur
