2. This is an application for issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions, commanding the concerned respondent authorities to advertise the post of Guest Teacher (Assistant Professor) in the Angika Subject in the Tilka Manjhi University Bhagalpur.

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing relevant documents before the concerned respondent No. 2 i. e,. the Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi University Bhagalpur within a period of four weeks from today .

If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent i. e,. the Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi University Bhagalpur shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation .

5 . With above observation and direction , the writ petition stands disposed of.
