ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the brothers-in-law of the deceased, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P) P.S. Case No.430 of 2014 (G.R. No.2416 of 2014) for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, it appears that there is no specific material in the case diary so as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24752 of 2016 (3) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 to implicate the present petitioners. It also appears that the deceased had committed suicide on account of some disputes with her husband, the brother of the present petitioners. As such, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P) P.S. Case No.430 of 2014 (G.R. No.2416 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
