2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that it is case of accidental death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioners are in custody since 18.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025.
