The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nardiganj P.S. case No. 53/2015 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her mother was killed by some unknown criminals.

It is submitted that petitioners are not named in the FIR. Nobody has seen the occurrence.

The learned counsel for the informant, however, submitted that it has come during the course of investigation, in paragraphs 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the case diary, that witnesses saw the petitioners killing the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24874 of 2016 (3) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they killed the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
