2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 425 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. The recovery is of 1000 litres of Mahua from the pick-up van. The petitioners are in jail since 28.03.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise, Court, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 425 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioners will co-operate in the trial.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Latu Maharaj Path, Chapra, Saran and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

8. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Dariyapur Police Station, Saran on the first and third Sunday of
