JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 By an order dated 16.09.1999 the present case was directed to be listed after disposal of C.W.J.C. No. 1990 of 1998 as it was submitted that the same gradation list i.e. the one in dispute in the present case has been challenged in the aforesaid writ petition.

The Registry has reported that the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 1990 of 1998 has been disposed of by a judgment dated 13.02.2015, which has been placed before this Court. It is very unfortunate that a wrong statement has been made on 16.09.1999 to the effect that the same issue is under challenged in another writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 1990 of 1998, inasmuch as upon perusal of the judgment dated 13.02.2015 passed in the aforesaid writ petition, it transpires that the said writ petition pertains to appointments made on class-III and class-IV

Patna High Court CWJC No.2533 of 1998 (10) dt.26-10-2018 2 /2 posts in the office of Deputy Director of Consolidation, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Today, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and having regard to the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, it does not appear that any lis still remains.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her grievance, if any, before the concerned authority.
