The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. Two pistols were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 11.5.2016 and has stated on oath that she has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.
