Vide order dated 01.05.2015 learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps for fresh service of appeal notice upon respondent no. 1 and 2 and for which requisites etc. under both processes was to be filed within three weeks failing which this appeal as against concerned respondent shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. But learned counsel for the appellant did not take any steps in this regard and as such this appeal stood dismissed as against respondents no 1 and 2 on 22.05.2015 in view of the aforesaid order.

In the result, this appeal has become incompetent and the same stood dismissed in default.
