ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 20.03.2019 in connection with Ladaniyan P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners and only because they were bystanders, they were taken into custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.37472 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniyan P.S. Case No.55 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.547 of 2019.
