Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, total recovery of one arms and live cartridges have been made from the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2022 having clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38790 of 2022(3) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 case.

Upon specific query whether charge has framed of not, learned counsel submits that charge has not framed. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail, therefore, the bail application is hereby rejected.
